KALMARs Residential specialise in residential estate agency in the Bermondsey area and have particular expertise in selling developments off plan in shell form and in Live/Work units.

History

The company grew out of its sister company, KALMARs Commercial, complimenting its development services. Due to continual expansion, KALMARs Residential moved to the heart of its active area, and opened a new office in Bermondsey Street in March 2001.

Daren Lewis, Senior Branch Manager

Daren joined KALMAR’S residential in 2007 with over 17 years experience in Estate Agency. Daren gained experience in both the UK and the US, working his way up quickly from a trainee negotiator to senior management. Daren is experienced in new build sales, residential sales, lettings and property management and has a wealth of experience in ever changing market places. His mission is to offer outstanding customer service.

Oliver O'Donovan, Sales Consultant

Oliver has worked for a large residential and commercial development company in the SE1 area for the past 3 years with experience in acquiring sites, portfolio management and general residential and commercial lettings. He is now with us as a property consultant.

Mick Down, Lettings Manager

Mick joined KALMARs Residential as Lettings Manager in 2007 to oversee the rapidly growing rental and management department. Mick has gained over 20 years experience in both residential sales and lettings and has a vast knowledge in all aspects of property management for both corporate and individual clients.

Elaine Barker, Office Administrator

Elaine has great property expericence having joined KALMARs in 1993, then working as a PA to Michael Kalmar FRICS. She now mangages the office drawing on her exstensive grounding and company loyalty to ensure that the best systems and supplies are utilised.

Kelly Reynolds, Operations Manager

Kelly has many years’ professional experience and works for KALMARs Commercial and Residential as Operations Manager. Kelly’s main role is to help the company grow through opening additional offices and building on both new and existing business relationships. Kelly has recently completed an ICT course and plans to undertake further training in management and strategic direction.
